The specific scope of services provided to each client is defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

You must not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, or use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content. Work product created specifically for a client under a signed service agreement is subject to the intellectual property provisions of that agreement. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation. Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of JAMS in Los Angeles, California.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our services. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
